Our form asks for your name, property location, phone number, optional email address, and optional mailer reference number. We use these details to evaluate the inquiry and contact you. Please do not submit government identification, payment details, or documents containing sensitive information through the public form.
Formspree processes submissions and sends notifications to our inbox. Netlify hosts the website and processes standard connection information needed to serve and protect it. Read the Formspree privacy policy and Netlify privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and whether a form submission succeeds. Our custom lead event contains a form identifier and inquiry category, not your name, email, phone number or property address. Analytics may use cookies and technical information about your browser and visit. See Google's privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We retain inquiry information as needed for follow-up and potential transactions. If a transaction proceeds, relevant information may be needed by closing providers or another buyer in a contract assignment. The transaction documents describe the parties and arrangement. You may contact us to ask about your information or request deletion, subject to records we need to retain for a transaction or other applicable obligations.
